CarePlus Plan "A" - Quarterly / 2+ Users

• CarePlus is specifically designed for VisionREZ customers to shorten your learning curve, generate greater return on investment and enable you to succeed better, faster and more efficiently.
• Plan "A" is for customers who want to "add" CarePlus to "existing" copies of VisionREZ Plug In, Stand Alone or new full seats of either version.  NOTE:  Software is not included with Plan "A"
• Billing is available in Quarterly increments (contact us at:  sales@visionrez.com if you prefer semi or annual payment options)

• Online Technical Support & Solutions Center:  24/7 user access to the VisionREZ Online Technical Support & Solutions Center.  This resource is recommended to “Log A Case” for “non-priority” or “after-hours” requests as well as research to existing solutions. 
• Direct Phone Support:  Personal access to VisionREZ telephone support staffed Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Central Standard Time).  Standard response times are immediately or within 1-2 hour of receipt of support call if all Support Engineers are busy with other callers.  Calls must be received 1 hour prior to 5:00pm for same day service.
• Personal Training:  Receive training on the following VisionREZ topics:  (1) Quick View (2) The Basics (3) Bill of Materials Basics (4) 2D Design Tools.  Train at the Ameri-CAD corporate office (Allen, Texas) and pay only your travel expenses or have a VisionREZ Application Engineer train at your location and pay only $350.00 per day + trainer(s) travel expenses.  NOTE:  Training does not include custom content, programming, personalization / customization or product development.
